I’m a pharmacist turned herbalist with a passion for natural wellness and outdoor adventure. After years in clinical medicine, I shifted gears during the pandemic to blend my science background with the power of plants. As a mom and mountain biker, I struggled with recovery and endurance—so I began crafting my own herbal teas to support performance the natural way.
That’s how Upper Valley Herbals was born: teas crafted for athletes who want to claim their strength, build stamina, and find their edge—naturally.

At Upper Valley Herbals, every blend is created in true small batches—crafted by hand with care and intention. Each tea is personally measured, blended, and packaged to ensure freshness and consistency from start to finish.
Every batch is made in a limited quantity of bags. Once those bags are released for sale, they’re available until sold out. When a batch is gone, it’s gone—no more is available until the next round is blended and released.
This approach keeps every release fresh, seasonal, and intentional, while giving you the chance to experience each blend as it was meant to be enjoyed: thoughtfully crafted, limited, and rooted in the present moment.
